  2. What do I do when I check the tracking of your page and I have no specific notification?
    You should contact either the office were shipped or where you will receive your cargo to verify the status of it.
  3. What are the requirements for me to be classified as a Known Shipper on your Airline?
    You need to contact your local Tampa Cargo or TACA Cargo office to get all the requirements you must comply to be classified as a known shipper.
  4. How do I make a claim for a shipment that I sent on your airline?
    Visit our claims section in our web page to make and fill the all the necessary documents to make a claim.
  5. Do you have information on customs requirements in Central and South America?
    There are many legal requirements and they vary according to the goods and the country being shipped; for more information on these requirements, we suggest contacting your local Tampa Cargo and TACA Cargo office.
  6. What if I want to send a box that exceeds with the maximum dimensions that you allow on the Personal Effects Shipments from USA?

  7. I do not understand the difference between Chargeable Weight and Actual Weight, would you explain?
    Chargeable Weight is the greater of: the Actual Weight of a shipment, or the shipment's cubic volume converted into Volumetric Weight.
  8. What documents must be submitted by the consignor / shipper for international transport of live animals?
    Documentation requirements vary according to the laws of each country, therefore you have to corroborate with the countries of origin, destination and transit.   9. What documents must be submitted by the consignor/shipper to transport a Human Remain?

  10. Is there a product that ensures the my shipment on passenger flights is boarded?
    We have two guaranteed transport products with priority boarding over luggage and other cargo types:
    • Premium Cargo: is a service that guarantees fast delivery of shipments to your desired destination every time, loading your cargo on the day of the scheduled flight.
    • Must Go: is a service when a regular shipping date has not been set and you require immediate delivery of a shipment.
